If your order is placed before 1pm, then our warehouse team will process this the same day.  

Orders made after 1pm will be processed the next working day. 

Please note that if you have placed your order over the weekend, then this will also be processed the next working day.

Once your order is packed, a member of our sales team will be in contact to arrange payment. Payment can be made via card over the phone or bank transfer.  

Once we have received payment, then the order will be dispatched.

UK: For standard shipping within the UK is shipped by either DPD or UKmail (dependant on location) and should reach you the next working day.  Delivery is charged at £8 per box up to 30kg. 
A Saturday delivery option is sometimes available, however further payment will be required.  Please contact a member of our sales team to discuss this further.  


Europe: Orders sent to Europe are shipped via DPD or DHL (dependant on location) and should reach you within 3-4 working days.  Delivery is charged at £25 per box up to 30kg. Due to the United Kingdom leaving the European Union orders over €100 are subject to customs taxes from January 2021.


Australia:  Orders are dispatched via DHL and usually take between 2-5 working days to arrive. Fixed price of £50 shipping for orders under £500.  For orders over £500, shipping is dependant on the weight of the box. 

Worldwide: Orders sent to other (worldwide) countries are shipped via DHL and should take 3-5 working days to reach you, dependant on the country.  Prices are dependant on the weight of the box.
